Born and raised on a farm in Rosenhayn, one of southern New Jersey’s rich agricultural centers, Frank seems to have been predestined for the food industry. His career is marked by an extensive involvement in raw-materials processing, food service and industrial food operations.
From 1994-1996, he was Plant Manager of C&A Fresh Cut where he assisted in developing and managing its $8-million business supplying major quick-serve restaurants, big-box stores, c-stores, and supermarkets with fresh-cut fruit and vegetables and grab-and-go snacks.
From 1996-2008, he was Plant Manager of Missa Bay and was responsible for a diverse product portfolio including a new state of the art production addition, a $30-million fresh commissary operation for fresh-made sandwiches and wraps.
From 2008-2009, he was Vice-President-Operations of Missa Bay, which included responsibility of products from 2 days shelf life to 1 year shelf life. Operating lines included a $30-million frozen entrée operation servicing the military, c-stores, and supermarkets nationally.
He became a co-owner and President of Safeway Freezer Storage in 2009. Frank has earned an HACCP Certification, Social Accountability Certification, and a CDL License.
He lives in Rosenhayn with his wife, Kerry, and their son and daughter, Frankie and Ava. Frank reports enjoying golf, watching the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles, riding his Harley, and spending time with his family.
